Eckerty Man Enters into Plea Agreement on Meth Charge

The Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office says an Eckerty man entered into a negotiated plea agreement Monday calling for him to plead guilty to Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 2 Felony.

46-year-old Garland Miller would be sentenced to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction under the agreement.

The plea was taken under advisement by Dubois Superior Court Judge Anthony Quinn.

The matter is set for sentencing on Friday, August 14th.
