The Indiana State Police is requesting the public’s assistance with any information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the murder of 18-year-old Bryan Haltom.
This month marks the 30th anniversary of Bryan’s murder.
He was shot in the early morning of July 17th, 1996, on US 231, just north of Spencer in Owen County.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Indiana State Police Bloomington District and leave it for Detective Kent Rohlfing.
Information can be left anonymously.
