A Flat Rock, Illinois man has been arrested in a cold case murder investigation in Crawford County.
Illinois State Police say 46-year-old Matthew Miller is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 74-year-old Norman England from Freelandville, Indiana.
England was shot inside a relative’s home in Flat Rock on August 21st of 2014.
Miller was arrested Friday and taken to the Crawford County Jail.
