A Dubois Circuit Court judge sentenced a Jasper man to four years in prison Tuesday for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
The Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office says 35-year-old Onell Ortiz Jr. pleaded guilty to the charge earlier as part of a negotiated plea agreement.
Ortiz was given credit for time served in jail.
