Gibson County Communications Officers Whittney Memmer, Madison Watkins, and Kelly Baker were recently presented with an American Heart Association Heartsaver award for their assistance to the Princeton Police Department and Gibson County Ambulance Service in their response to a drowning on May 9th of this year.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says the communications officers were able to provide CPR instructions over the phone to bystanders on scene that significantly improved survival chances.
