The body of a 44-year-old Mount Vernon man has been recovered from the Ohio River.
Richard Leineweaver had not been seen since his boat overturned Saturday morning.
Leineweaver’s body was recovered Thursday south of Slim Island.
His two sons were rescued after they were swept downstream on logs.
