The Indiana Department of Transportation says US 50 three miles east of Shoals in Martin County is scheduled to be closed Monday, September 14th for a slide repair project.
The work is expected to last through mid-October, depending on the weather.
The official detour will be U.S. 50 to State Road 37 to U.S. 150.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
