Halloween candy sold at popular retailers in 13 states, including Indiana, is getting recalled over undeclared milk allergens.

According to a company announcement posted by the FDA, Crystal Temptations is recalling its Halloween Chocolatey Eyeballs.

It was sold under the brand at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Sierra Trading Post.

The notice warns that those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk could face a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
