The Vincennes Lincoln Lady Alices took the Western Indiana Conference meet, with a score of 380. Their 380 final tally was 13 shots better than second place Northview. Ella McCormick was the low LHS scorer, with an 83—third in conference. Mallory Fisher was fifth with an 93.
In Volleyball:
The North Knox Lady Warriors lost to North Daviess in three sets. The Lady Cougars won the match 25-22, 25-19, and 25-10. Jersey Sturgeon led for the Lady Warriors with 13 digs, Kendal McGuire added eight kills and ten digs. Katie Wolfe added eight assists, while Henley Coats added seven.
In Tennis:
Vincennes Lincoln defeated Evansville Mater Dei 4-1. Winners included Carter Johnson, Bronx Carter, and Luke Clark in singles, and the doubles team of Conner Hahn and Brady Allen.
South Knox moves to 8-2 with a 5-0 win over Boonville. Winners included singles players Reid Hall, Layne Hays, and Austin Laue, and the doubles terams of Maddox Sargent and Owen Robinson, and Warren Shepherd and Caleb True.
In Middle School sports:
The Clark Middle School seventh grade team defeated Dugger in two sets last nmight, 25-7 and 25-2. Cassidy Wehrman led with 20 service aces; Halle Turner added 12 aces of her own as well.
