Indiana is the first state with a military-aligned cybersecurity pathway for students.

Governor Mike Braun will visit Bloomfield Middle and High School Monday to see it in action.

The showcase follows the Indiana Cybersecurity Partnership’s May launch.

The goal is to expand from 69 high schools and about 560 students to 200 schools and 4,000 students in three years, linking students to college degrees, high-demand careers, and National Guard service.

The state is also developing the first stackable cybersecurity credential to move students directly into jobs.
