The Loogootee Water Department is continuing its annual water main flushing program through Friday.
To reduce disruptions, crews will work overnight from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Residents may notice temporary drops in water pressure or cloudy water during the flushing process.
Customers are encouraged to check water quality before drinking, cooking, or doing laundry.
Drivers and pedestrians are also asked to use caution around work areas.
Water released from fire hydrants flows at high pressure and can pose a hazard to both bystanders and utility workers.
