Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man on Saturday following a traffic stop for disregarding stop signs in Washington.
Police say that while speaking with the driver, 59-tyear-old Ronald Fox, the state trooper observed visible signs of impairment and indicators of criminal activity.
A search of Fox and his vehicle resulted in the discovery of suspected marijuana.
Fox was arrested on preliminary charges of Felony Obstruction of Justice and misdemeanor charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana.
