A Huntingburg man is facing 16 years in prison after a plea deal in Dubois Superior Court Wednesday.
35-year-old Darrel Harris Jr. pleaded guilty to Dealing in Methamphetamine.
In exchange, prosecutors agreed to the 16-year sentence at the Indiana Department of Correction, with credit for jail time served since February.
Under the agreement, Harris must also pay restitution to the Dubois County Sheriff’s Community Strike Fund and court costs, with one additional dealing case to be dismissed.
Judge Anthony Quinn took the plea under advisement.
Formal sentencing is set for October 14th.
