Firefighters responded to a fire Tuesday in Petersburg.
It happened in the afternoon at a home at 17th and Walnut.
According to neighbors, the fire happened not far from a home that burned down last week.
Firefighters said no humans were injured, but a dog did not make it out of the home.
Crews found flames coming from the home when they arrived.
