The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Thursday for Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Confinement, and Pointing a Firearm.
67-year-old James Baker is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
145 inmates were being held in the security center early Friday morning.
