The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 145 is scheduled to be closed during the day beginning Thursday, November 12th near Birdseye in Dubois County.
The highway will close between Carlisle Road and Conservation Club Road, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays, so crews can replace two culverts.
The work should take about a week to complete, weather permitting.
The official detour is I-64 to State Road 37 to State Road 64.
Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
